Basic kettlebell movements focus on core, upper and lower body stability and strength, as well as improved range of motion. More complex kettlebell movement patterns are used to increase cardiorespiratory fitness, power, strength, stability and range of motion. The movements are scalable and progressed to meet all fitness levels. Class size is limited to 5 students to allow maximum personalized attention to the individual student.

Yoga of the T. Krishnamacharya lineage - Leave it all behind and literally unwind in this weekly yoga practice. Reset the nervous system, release tensions from head to toe and quiet the mind. You’ll explore using simple movements with breath and meditation as you unwind and deeply connect to yourself. This is a great class for general recovery or cooling-down from both mental and physical exertion. Suitable for all levels.

We'll explain why a simple foam roll is increasingly popular as a therapeutic tool and teach you simple and properly applied self myofascial release techniques that can relieve pain and keep you moving freely and tension free. Special emphasis will be given to your individual form and technique throughout the class. You'll also learn how improper form during foam rolling often leads to increased tension and negative results. We have an assortment of rollers available for you to use or purchase, bring your own if you like, bring a friend and wear comfortable clothing.
